    Management and/or Paralegal experience. Job opening for an Insurance
    Resolution Specialist in an insurance setting. Must be a BSN with TX nursing
    license, MSN preferred.

  • Job position in Georgia. Legal Nurse Consultant/Nurse Paralegal needed
    for a contract position. Experience required as well as trial preparation
    experience, the ability to interpret and analyze medical charts, records and
    reports, the ability to perform medical legal research and summarize medical
    records. Plaintiff firm needing part-time LNC to assist in case preparation,
    interrogatories, deposition, medical legal research...etc.

  • Job position in Indiana. A Certified Legal Nurse Investigator needed.
    Receives request for investigation; reviews and develops action plans and
    investigates cases accordingly.

  • Job position in Indiana. An Advanced Legal Nurse Consultant needed.
    Part-time Legal Nurse Consultant for Personal Injury/Medical Malpractice law
    firm looking for RN with excellent writing skills and experience in the
    legal field as well as clinical setting.

  • Job position in New York. An Advanced Legal Nurse Consultant needed for
    Part-time Health Care Insurance Nurse. BSN, RN, and certified as a LNC
    preferred. Provide consultation on legal medical-related issues and conduct
    file reviews.

  • Job position in New York. Immediate Full-time positions available for
    Legal Nurse Consultants. BSN, RN, and Certification as an Advanced Legal
    Nurse Consultant preferred. Provide consultation on legal medical-related

    RN/Nurse Paralegal to review medical records, know medical terminology and
    who has actually practiced in a Trauma/Emergency Room setting. Summation,
    trial prep, legal knowledge, and has previous law firm experience. Working a
    case up from intake to courthouse including assisting with discovery, case
    management, exhibit and witness lists, trial notebooks. Excel, Word,
    Summation and PowerPoint is a plus. Salary depends on experience.

  • Job position in Florida. Director of Risk Management needed. Establish,
    coordinate and direct the campus Risk Management Program. Legal interface,
    claims management, in-service education and program administration. RN, BSN
    required, Masters preferred in Nursing or related field. Current Florida
    License in Risk Management.

  • Job position in Arizona. Part-time experienced Legal Secretary/Legal
    Nurse Consultant needed for a Medical Negligence firm. Must have 3 or more
    years of experience as a Medical Negligence Legal Secretary and be
    comfortable with medical terminology. This is a job share working 2-3
    days/week supporting experienced and seasoned Legal Nurse Consultants.
