There is no board or body that governs Legal Nurse Consulting. Therefore, a certification is only as good as the organization offering the training and certification. It is the organization's responsibility to maintain their certification and enforce the standards of that certification. All Legal Nurses certified through the LNC STAT course must adhere to an established set of Standards of Practice.
