1. Job position in the UK, London. A leading national Legal firm requires an Advanced Legal Nurse Consultant with specific experience in Clinical Negligence, part-time. Tasks include reviewing records, analyzing files, creating chronologies, identifying missing records/notes, and re-ordering files as necessary. Prefer previous experience in a personal injury legal environment, and medical-legal degree/certification.

2. Job position in the UK, Sussex. Legal practice seeks Advanced Legal Nurse Consultant / Nurse Paralegal with experience in Clinical Negligence. The successful individual will be working alongside an experienced team providing assistance to fee earners, meeting / screening clients and assisting with complex / high value cases.

3. Job position in Alaska. Health institution seeking Registered Nurse, Forensic Examiner to provide medical-legal healthcare to persons who have experienced or are alleged perpetrators of sexual assault. This includes: crisis intervention, collection and preservation of forensic evidence, photo-documentation, interpretation of findings, and comprehensive case management, and providing expert testimony. Must be registered nurse in Alaska with two years general nursing experience in clinical setting, preferably acute care.

4. Job position in Arizona. National law firm focused in complex litigation, including the defense of products, healthcare claims, and commercial litigation, is searching for an Advanced Legal Nurse Consultant. Duties: Compile, analyze and summarize medical records; Create medical summaries and chronologies; Manage files to ensure information is organized according to standards; Review medical documents, policies and procedures; Interview and review records of care providers; Analysis of facility records; Prepare for and attend nationwide trials. 5. Job position in Arizona. Seeking Advanced Legal Nurse Consultant / Nurse Paralegal for medical malpractice defense law firm. Duties include summarizing medical records and depositions, drafting reports based on medical facts, and working with expert witnesses.

6. Job position in Colorado. Law firm is looking for a Advanced Legal Nurse Consultant / Nurse Paralegal to support their medical malpractice litigation practice group. Will analyze and interpret medical records, contracts, rules and regulations; research identified medical, nursing and legal issues. Assist attorneys in understanding medical and nursing issues as needed to evaluate and defend lawsuits; assist with trial and meeting preparation and presentations, prepare extensive case evaluation reports and budget proposals, with cost-benefit analysis, for corporate clients. Requires bachelor’s degree, nurse license, and 7+ yr. experience as Legal Nurse.

7. Job position in Colorado. Law firm needs Advanced Legal Nurse Consultant / Nurse Paralegal. Responsibilities include preparing initial discovery, summarizing medical records and identifying completeness of records, determine if radiology studies, pathology & lab results are pertinent, attending physicians and related hospital staff, preparing authorizations for medical providers, collecting records and look for prior litigation.

8. Job position in Connecticut. Plaintiff's law firm is looking for Advanced Legal Nurse Consultant to work in-house assisting with medical malpractice matters. 10. Job position in Georgia. Law firm has an immediate need for an Advanced Legal Nurse Consultant for a 3 to 6 month contract assignment. Quailifed candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, clinical experience, have an active registered nurse license, and previous legal nurse consultant experience in a hospital setting in quality control review or supporting attorneys on defense side. Candidates with plaintiff's experience will not be considered. Candidates must be able to work on-site at the firm's office at least 30 hours a week during normal business hours.

Provides medical record summary with recommendations to claims staff and claim file. Prepares file for legal action. Reviews demand packages from attorney in conjunction with a physician advisor to address care in a medical record summary. Develops, implements and maintains company-wide training programs. Travels as required. Requirements: Baccalaureate degree, RN license, and 5 years legal nurse consultant experience. LNC Certification or training preferred.
