Answer:
We gladly accept all major credit cards
(American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover) as
well as personal/business checks.

How do I
register for a seminar?
Answer:
Once you have determined
which seminar you wish to attend, scroll to the bottom
of the information page of that particular seminar. The
information for each seminar is located on the Events
page in the corresponding month. From there, select
the appropriate item you wish to purchase and you will
be guided to the shopping cart to complete your order.
Question:
HELP! I press "Register Now"
but my shopping cart is empty. What do I do?
Answer: It has come
to our attention that users with
eTrust PC protection from CA (EZ
Firewall/Anti-Virus/Anti-Spyware/Anti-Spam) have
had difficulty in using our online store.
Temporarily disabling such protection will restore
shopping functionality, HOWEVER, RNMARKET and LNC
STAT highly recommend leaving such protective
devices active to ensure proper security
online.

Question:
I don't get a new
window when I click on any Registration link on the site. All I get is a
"bleep" noise. How
come?
Answer:
Chances are you have
some form of pop-up blocker installed on your computer.
You may need to either enable LNC STAT as a trusted
site, or disable the blocker all together. However, it
is not recommended you disable your blocker entirely. If
you are unsure how to perform the necessary functions,
contact your software manufacturer for technical support
on how to configure your protection.
